Payments, refunds and all that jazz....
We know that life can be a bit chaotic at times and do our best to accommodate the need to change classes when enough notice is given. Please understand the following rules are in place to help our teachers in planning and purchasing for the classes they teach as well as making plans to classroom set up and refreshments.
Class registrations and payments at currently offered through Paypal. You can use your paypal account or opt for using a debit or credit card once you are into the PayPal system. With prior arrangement you can also pay for your class reservation with cash. Please know that until your payment is received that your class reservation is not secure.
With a 7 day notice you may cancel your class reservation. At that time we will refund your PayPal account your class fee in full. If you had a class with a kit please understand that we are unable to refund your kit fee since that kit was produced with you in mind. We will do our best in those 7 days to fill your class spot and resell your kit thereby enabling us to refund you your kit fee less a $10 service charge for the time it has taken us to make this happen.
If you cancel with less than 7 days or are a no-show on the day of class or workshop there will be no class free or kit refund available but you may take the exact class for free the next time it is offered and may pick up your kit at any time after the class has occurred.
We encourage early registration so that we will know that there are enough students to make a class. Most classes have a minimum of 3. If for some reason we ( D.A. Studio) must cancel a class for some unforeseen reason we will contact you by the email address you have associated with your PayPal account upon registration and by phone if you have provided us your number. Canceled classes will be rescheduled as soon as possible. For your inconvenience we will offer you a free class coupon for use in the future.
SAFETY
As a general rule we ask that you not bring unregistered children, friends or infants with you to class. We do welcome nursing babies in arms ( less than 6 months old) and do hope you understand that with hot irons, pins and needles about we just cannot assure the well being of little ones. Please know that we love your little person and hope you are in class making them something wonderful and encourage you to look into our speciality Mommy& Me classes that will be offered soon.
Smoking is prohibited in the studio and anywhere on the property
